The installation was a little more difficult that the norm, but Clint and Trevin performed in an exemplary manner, persevered and the installation has met my highest expectations. Clint and Trevin have been wonderful to work with. They have been careful, detail oriented and conscientious in protecting our property and furnishings. They have always left the job site neat and orderly at the end of the day. And believe me when I tell you, that is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your help today. I so appreciate your knowledge and your generosity to share the information regarding the air ducts on our heating/cooling system. Since we recently moved into this house and are unfamiliar with this system, I learned a lot from you today that will help our family stay warm/cool in the future. I know, from previous experience, you could have had a service person come to our home ( for a generous fee ) just to turn the wing nut on our system in order to open the flow of cool air to our upstairs. I so appreciate the fact that you chose to help me over the phone.

Since the serviceman came and rewired the heat pump the problems I was having with noise outside and to hot and to cold air has subsided. Maybe that was the problem after all. The heat is much more even which is what I was expecting. Thank you for continuing to provide good service. Your serviceman is very helpful and good to work with.
